Seattle Fashion Week is set to take place during the spring of 2028.  And organizers are diligently working behind the scenes to unveil an unforgettable presentation of luxury labels, grand couturiers, couturiers & fashion designers; showcasing their fall/winter 2029 couture & prêt-â-porter collections on the Seattle Fashion Week runway that promises to redefine the fashion scene in our vibrant city.

In alignment with the Seattle Fashion Week elevated vision, our runway aesthetic demands precision, poise, and world-class professionalism. Seattle Fashion Week seeks elite, agency-represented professional runway models to walk for our curated line-up of established & emerging fashion designers, brands, luxury labels, grand couturiers & couturiers.

Agency Representation (Mandatory)

All fashion models must be represented by a reputable, professional modeling agency.  Independent or self-represented models will not be considered.

Height Requirements (Strict)

These specifications reflect designer garment construction and runway production needs:

· Female Models: 5'9" - 6'0"

· Male Models: 6'0" - 6'3"

Professional Standards

All models must demonstrate:

· Strong, confident, high-fashion runway presence

· Excellent posture, pacing, and walk control

· Ability to adapt to fashion designer styling

· Able to walk in high-fashion pacing & choreography

· Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

· Comfort with quick changes and backstage coordination

· Availability for fittings, rehearsals, and all assigned runway shows

Auditions & Selection Process

Auditions are announced to and scheduled by Seattle Fashion Week through participating modeling agencies.  All fashion models will be evaluated on:

· Runway walk

· Photographic presence

· Designer compatibility

· Professionalism

· Fit & styling suitability

How To Submit (Agency Submissions Only)

Reputable, professional modeling agencies "by-invitation-only" basis may submit their fashion models directly to the Seattle Fashion Week Model Casting Department via the email address, which is located within the Seattle Fashion Week Model Casting Call: Modeling Agency Invitation to Participate Letter.

Q: How do I accept my invitation?

A: Email us at the address we provided within your company's Seattle Fashion Week Official Sponsor/Vendor Invitation to Participate Letter, which you received from us, to accept our invite and request a Seattle Fashion Week Kick-Off Event Vendor Application & Participation Contract (1-Day Event) and/or Seattle Fashion Week Vendor Application & Participation Contract (3-Day Event) from us.

Q: When is my vendor space officially secured?

A: Once you submit your completed contract and either the full payment or partial 50% deposit.

Q: Are payments refundable?

A: No. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q: When will receive my Sponsor/Vendor Welcome Packet?

A: After your payment has been confirmed.

Q: What’s included in the Welcome Packet?

A: Load-in instructions, timelines, maps, booth placement, rules, and event-day contacts.

Q: What permits do food vendors need?

A: A King County Health Department Permit, Food Handler Cards, and any required fire safety permits.
